ARCEE - First introduced  in the Transformers 1986 movie (The actual good one). She was the girl transformer, very apparent from the color and her more feminine feature. I think the plan was to have her be the new love interest of Hot Rod, but that plan was abandoned. Or I could be totally wrong and they just made a bright pink robot so little sisters everywhere could have her own robot and not bother their brother's megatrons and optimus primes.

The Box

The Robot

Arcee is a a....well pink and white robot. Surprisingly the figure is actually well made and fun to pose. The nod to G1 Arcee is all here. I'll post  a G1 Arcee art pic below so you can see. Paint is applied well, no mistakes that I can see on mine. Details are good enough for this price range and articulation is also decent. Shoulders, neck, waist, hips, thigh swivel, bicep swivel, its all there. So it can pose well, the backpack gets in the way though.

Yes the backpack, the bane of many transformers and especially Arcee. Its basically like you're carrying the shell of your vehicle mode and you wear it when you transform. Certain things have been done to mitigate the backpack issue like the recent release of Kingdom Arcee where you can use the backpack as a hoverboard, or taking it off completely to have that G1 carton silhouette.

Accessories

Arcee comes with her pink blaster, 2 energy effect parts and some BAF parts of Maccadam. You can plug in the energy effects on the blaster for LAZOR effects.

The Hammer belongs to Maccadam, but hey I gave it to Arcee. More weapons = Good

Car mode

Transformation to car mode is simple enough and does form a cohesive futuristic sci-fi sports car. But if you're expecting ultra details, look elsewhere. You can also plug in the the energy effects for a turbo boost look.

Her blaster can also be stored on the underside of the hood.

Conclusion

If you want an Arcee that somewhat resembles her G1 self and you are not overly picky. This one fits the bill nicely. Good posability, good details and it can fit in any line up of your transformers collection. Get It. 7.6/10
