PC fair 2011

From 25-27 November PC fair was held at a new location, namely the Borneo Convention Center Kuching (BCCK). THe new venue is vastly superior to the old venue, and you don't feel like you're in a sardine can when you're walking around looking at things. Though a few things I found lacking were...DELL was not present, selection of tablets didn't go beyond the usual suspects e.g ASUS, Samsung Apple and China brands. Also the lack of an ATM machine at the premises was a big downer, Imagine you finally found your (insert doohickey of your dreams here) and you're like short a few bucks and you don't have a credit card of the booth doesn't take credit cards. So that means you either have to bring tons of cash beforehand or drive all the way to the nearest ATM which is about 20 minutes away. OOH OOH, the food was also insanely overpriced, I mean like seriously RM6 for a hot dog and RM12 for Chicken rice!!!??? Other than that, this year's pc fair was good and the BCCK is the perfect venue for such an event. Here are some random pics:
